JPS-iQ Solutions Group Zoho Estate diagnostic

Is your Zoho actually one system?

Several Zoho apps is not the same thing as one system. This diagnostic walks your estate process step by process step and reads where it holds together, where a bridge holds it together, and where a person is the integration.

How to read it

What the four reads mean

The most important distinction in this diagnostic: a bridge is not a fault. An export or an automation can be the right architectural decision. What matters is whether it is intended and whether somebody owns it.

Connected

The process runs coherently inside the intended architecture, with a traceable path. That is the position from which further requirements stay a configuration question.

Bridged

The process works, but through an export, an integration, an automation layer or a person. Whether that is fine depends on ownership, not on the technology.

Manual

Somebody has to re-enter, reconcile or transfer information. That point recurs every period and ties knowledge to a person.

Outside Zoho

The process runs in another system. That can be entirely right. What needs settling is which side is the leading source for customers, items and open items.

And if too much stays open

If you cannot judge several process steps, the diagnostic does not claim a whole picture. It says explicitly that the answers are not sufficient for a dependable read, and confines itself to the points that carry one. A guessed result would be worse here than none.

Questions

About the diagnostic

How long does it take?

About five minutes. Seventeen questions across six sections, two of them optional. You can go back and change answers before you look at the result.

What do I see without a gate?

The headline result with its reasoning, the distribution across all dimensions, the structural conclusions from your answers, and the short finding per dimension. Behind the gate sits the detail per dimension: what would be worth examining behind it, and in what order.

Do you need a phone number?

No. Four details: name, company, work email, role. A phone number is not needed to deliver the result, so we do not ask for one.

Is this a system review?

No, and the evaluation says so. It rests entirely on your answers and names what would be worth examining. A real review looks into the environment, not at a questionnaire.

What happens to the answers?

They reach us as a structured record, so you do not answer the same questions twice in a conversation. Processing on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. You can withdraw from receiving insights at any time.

Would you rather talk directly?

The diagnostic is the faster route, because afterwards we talk about your estate rather than about Zoho in general. If you would rather skip the questionnaire, that works too.
